Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way, or check the Shop app!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FED EX.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of $1.99 for all orders. If your cart is greater than $49.99 then free shipping applies to your order automatically. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a no-return policy. If you order a bag of coffee, and realize you no longer want that coffee, there are no returns. However, if you receive something different from what you ordered, please let us know at support@brewandbondcoffeeco.com, and we will send you the correct order and keep the mistake order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@brewandbondcoffeeco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
