This month’s 12 oz bag features a medium roast with notes of apricot, clementine, & milk chocolate. The coffee was grown by Jorge Méndez and his family in Chimiche, San Pedro Necta, Huehuetenango. The beans are fully washed; fermented for 28 hours, then patio-dried for 10 days.
